Holiday Cooking with Young Living Essential Oils!

I love using my essential oils in my recipes. I always have oils on hand and using a drop or two in a recipe is usually plenty. If you're stumped as to what you can bring to the table this Thanksgiving or Christmas, I'm confident you'll see something here that will hit the spot. ;)

Don't let the words "peel" and "dice" scare you. It's a lot easier than it sounds! Those of you who are comfortable with the use of a knife and peeler know what I mean. I love the addition of Rosemary and Black Pepper essential oils to these mashed taters!

You can't have mashed potatoes without the gravy! My Aunt Moggi actually holds a jar of peanut butter while she is browning the flour to make sure it browns to the correct color. I'm not saying anything to her about it, because she makes the best gravy!

Two words: butter and lemon. Yum! This is another recipe that is simple, and will probably end up being a staple side dish because it's easy to throw together!

It doesn't matter whether you call it "dressing" or "stuffing..." Who am I kidding?! Of course it matters! We all know it's dressing, right? We also know that dressing can be so right, or so wrong. I'm just speaking truth here. If your dressing has been more miss than hit, why not try a new recipe? This one, using sage, thyme, and black pepper essential oils will be a winner, for sure!

Ahhhh, the dessert that has figured out how to disguise itself as a side dish...

We know the Turkey is the star of the show. If that's the case, then Ham gets the award for best supporting actor. Turkey is great, but it's the ham that creates the best left overs! Sometimes, we forego the turkey altogether and promote Ham to the starring role! Either way, the combination of Cinnamon, Clove, and Orange EO will be a winner!

Okay, if you're going with Turkey as the star of the show, might as well help it put on a good show. These 4 essential oils will surely make that happen!

I'm sure pie is my husband's favorite part of holiday cooking. This uncomplicated recipe is a great option for beginners!
